Well, I am from Turkey

The site says the "embargo" on Radeon HD4850 was lifted off by AMD and now the product is out for sale. Local hardware review sites and magazines will be publishing their reviews about it as soon as they get their hands on it.

It says (second paragraph) that HD4850 is a match for GF 8800GT in terms of price but with similar performance of a 9800GTX. Last paragraphs are about technical things and there is an estimated price for Turkiye, which is 239$ plus +18% tax (yay, I bought my 8800GT for that price a few months ago :)

Nubility and Islam and ATI

ATI cards almost always have rather scantily clad heavily armed pseudo sci-fi girls on their boxes and on the heatsink enclosure.

Is there any plan to put veils over these strumpets for product sold in Muslim areas of the world?

Does Nvidia outsell ATI in Iran and Pakistan?

In Saudi Arabia, when the mullahs investigate the ex-pat's homes for presence of alcohol, do they also look for immoral video cards?
