Sometimes needs are simple, but service is hard to find.

64-bit GPGPU software

Check out www.manifold.net. This is an inexpensive desktop Geographic Information System (GIS) that runs in 32- or 64- bit, uses 32- or 64- bit CUDA if you've got it and works with all major Spatial databases (including the just released CTP5 of SQL Server a.k.a. Katmai).
