Then bullying a hacker wouldn't be good, he could "borrow" your phone or computer whathaveyou.. and have it send threatening and bullying messages to the hacker, thus landing an innocent person in hot water as it originated from his phone or computer without any proof of who actually sent it? Sounds like a whole lot of effort to prove the bullying just for a days suspension.

Full censorship would work even better
