To keep it short - is there currently anyone planning on filing a class action lawsuit against creative? It seems to me that if the drivers do not function, and their products are not compatible with vista when labelled that they are, they are guilty at the very least of false advertising. If even one 'feature' listed on the box does not function with vista, then they are guilty. 

Anyone wanna start a site dedicated to promoting the lawsuit?
