56K, enough for people!

I don't you if it is heard outside of Iran or not but the Mr Minister has recently announced that 56K speed is enough for Iranians as they can download a 500pages book with it!!! Another petition is again set at http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/signed.cgi?hsiforus but like you mentioned 2 years ago, Mr President is still busy Googling for Nukes and Nudes!!!!
