Cliffy B and Epic are not in a position to comment on plotlines given that Gears of War was nothing more than a shooter and don't even get me started on Unreal Tourney. Leave the believable good characters and good storytelling to the peter molyneux's and gabe newell's of this world.

I was quite surprised when my girlfriend used to load up Gears of War when I wasn't watching and have a jam. It was the only game she liked, apart from World of Warcraft. Ever noticed how long it takes girls to get past the character creation part of WoW. They like to look at every dress and hair do until they get it just right. Its funny.

its not that women have problems with some characters like that, just with the obscenity of the concept to have a few girls characterised in the same way as they would with any guy. you know, other than the evil ones and whores... well im not sure a motherly characters any less stereotypical.

it just means that you draw us in as some kind of different species that are fun when we jump. tbh i think we would prefer not to feature in your games at all if the designers cant find a normal or interesting woman anywhere in their heads or they get swapped incase we might offend the mass market.

GoW1 had 4 different difficulty settings.

GoW1 had great scenary, the ruined buildings were amazing.

GoW1 had a "bit of a plot"... and there are cut scenes and conversions that continue it between the characters. No it's not a movie, but there's a story and it's acceptable.

there should be a new unwritten rule in video game creation that if someone is going to buy a video game for 60 USD the end user should be able to pick the size of the breast's. so that way hormone driven teens can play a game with girls who have boobs the size of small moons and uber "uptight" conservative female gamers who absolutly have to chainsaw an insect with a machine gun can get thier fix without haveing to witness a women with large tit's lest they be offended somehow.

But that’s what I want damn it! Meaningless violence never really cut it in the first place. What draws you into a story is the character association and detailed plot with twisters.
