Up until a couple weeks ago you could always find one if not several at my local Walmart.....I have been thinking to myself I should have bought a few and done the ebay thing this year. Not sure why they are so hard to find, of course, where I live people get "tags" for their homes and drive around in 4x4 trucks with several rifles in the back window, so maybe it's that all 5 geeks in my area already have their Wii.....besides, everyone I know who got one last year don't even play it now....

You say its like preordering and people "fall" for it all the time.

But if you preordered the wii before it came out then you would not have to wait for months and search high and low for one.

Pretty much like preordering. People fall for it all the time. I'm sure mum's little kid will be happier to get a certificate than nothing at all.
