I fail to see what Drashek's comment about the Nobel Peace Prize has to do with this, what with this being the Nobel Prize for PHYSICS!!!

... that lacks the vision or imagination to see what can come from understanding they way nature behaves.

Figuring out why sub-atomic particles behave the way they do could lead to improvements in nano-technology, among other things.

Like the others mention, if it weren't for people like this, you would not be posting your ignorant remarks on this site.
