I'll buy an LCD or three

As soon as they have the same brightness, contrast, refresh speed and color range as my beloved CRT does.
So, not for a few more years I think !

No compelling product

Personally, I've had the same LCD's now for over 6 years. I've got no incentive to upgrade or change. I haven't seen a compelling upgrade in years. Now start dropping the price on 24" models, and give me back my old form-factor (widescreen is for movies, not productivity), and we can talk. 

Expecting to move product for no real reason smacks of over-entitled corporatism, not good business.
