what a load of old rollocks, errrrrrrm i think its been done before, its called remote desktop in windoze lol !!

its still peeps sat at a help/tech centre but they have instant remote access with FULL permissions, the software dose NOT fix anything lol, it just gives them a head start on the other 3rd party tech folks, i dont know about you, but i like to be in TOTAL control over who/what has access to my rigs !!

hmmmmmmmmm, what a breakthrough, another wheeze by the big boys to create a new NON existent market to hopefully create a new money cow that they can milk, what a load of furkin mumbo jumbo, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek its voodoo magic bwana, bad white men medicine, LMFAO :O)
Something tells me this 'magical' software simply annoys the heck out of you for disabling automatic updates, reboots, UAC, firewall, and similar dongles.

That should cut down about 5 percent of issues that are sent to helpdesk. If we can get a software that takes care of P.I.C.N.I.C., P.I.T.A. and I.D.10 T." errors, then we'll have a major breakthrough.

Given that a fair share of computer problems are actually user-induced, I doubt very much that this miracle software is going to have much of an impact on Helpdesk calls.
But theres one question they didnt answer, who is going to fix then self fixing software? sounds like new tasks for administrators.
