I bought a computer online from Dell Canada promised to be delivered in a weeks time. Next day an email informed me that now delivery will be in four weeks due to high customer orders. I cancelled the order same day. It is now six months and I haven't got my refund. Every time I call or e-mail them I am told the refund is on its way. There seems to be no one running the show at Dell Canada.
