Insider Trading

Its only considered insider trading if he has information about something in the pipeline shortly that i will cause the stock to improve in value. Like a huge government contract that hasn't been announced yet or something along those lines.

lol, what an enterprising guy, here in the UK we call it insider trading, still am i right in thinking that americeeeeeeeees wall street was founded on it ?? didnt Alexander Hamilton, first Treasurer of the United States, back in 1790 engineer what became the great insider trading scam that founded the United States of America ??

oh well, if its traditional thats ok then, innit ?? or am i being just too cynical :O)
