It has happened with my 3 network phone

The same thing has been occuring with my 3 phone. I contacted the call centre and the technical side and they told me it was my handset. Luckily the Dealer I bought my phone from agreed to giving me a new handset as 3's solution, but I'd like for them to realise that it is a Network problem can someone help me with that .
