bit late...

Under 40? You'll be lucky - we saw these in Sony's tokyo building a few months ago and they were going for more like 180-200. They are very cool though in the flesh (so to speak), ended up just standing watching it go - there's something about them that just makes people smile.

I like it

I like it ... it's a nice toy. You have a point in saying that it's a recipe for disaster, but it depends on how well the software for the movement editing is made, how easy to use for a non-tech person is ( not that a non-tech person would buy it ). But overall it's an original device that may, one day, put a smile on your face and make you think "You know what? I wouldn't kill myself after all!".
... oh yeah and I would pay anything under 40 £ for it.
