Learn Geography, and you could also learn history, and know that Kosovo was override by Albanians, but from history times when America didn't even exist, Kosovo was serbian teritory and was part of long serbian history! The two "nationalists" were not filmed while looting in Kosovo but in downtown Belgrade,since the riot was held,(guess where?),in BELGRADE!Yes,you heard that right,no Kosovo ir Albanian shops were nicked since the riots were some 600km north of that unlucky providence of Serbia.

I do not remember the inquirer making sarcastic comments when Albanian patriots express their national pride by destroying Serbian orthodox churches and monasteries that are 700+ years old.

The film on youtube took place in the center of Belgrade, which is capital of Serbia, not somewhere in Kosovo. Inform your self better next time and I expect apology.
