Sounds like the Euro commission is trying to be as fair as possible and avoid all appearances of bias , before they slam the lid shut and drive the final nail in this coffin.

They just fined MS ,the odds are slim that they will turn around and say that Intels tactics were not monopolistic in their aims.

AMD have problems producing enough chips to satisfy demands.
How can they claim that Intel is stiffling them? If they can't make money selling that many chips - they have a serious problem.
Besides, intel only gives quantum rebate now. It doesn't seem to have changed much.
