Bad CS? Where?

I'm a tad late on this, but as far as ASUS customer service, I cannot say enough good. I use my ASUS A8Jp laptop for business. I had to have the motherboard replaced. I sent it from Alabama to California on a Wednesday afternoon and had it back Friday morning only 36 hours after I sent it off. I think this speaks for itself.

Asus

I must agree with the previous posters; Asus' declining product quality and lack of customer support/service are sure to lose them market share with the enthusiast community.

But, I am sure Asus does not care about us, they are making too much money off the OEM market. Good riddance to bad rubbish, I say!

asus

They need to work on their quality and service before talking about other people's habits. I had at least 1 motherboard I sent back 3 times, and it took me over 8 months for the whole process.
