Too late Russia

Intel will be heavy into production of their 32nm line by the time Russia fab goes on line. That's a lot of money to dump on a current generation technology.

Panasonic & Intel are already producing 45nm chips although they have yet to hit the desktop market.

Question

Which CPUs are they going to build there?

Is there a Russian X86 CPU company similar to AMD and Intel the factory is going to be TSMC like? (Not a company's own factory)
