Nice (??!?!?!?!) to see UK citizens bent over like those of "the west"

The UK has a hair up it's proverbial butt to steal from the US-of-A's cirrently held "highest-incarceration-rate" title-belt.

Jail the effect, not the cause - makes sense to me!!!11!!!111!

Wow... Who'd have thought it?

And here was me thinking it was the top earners in the country that committed the credit card frauds because it was something for them to do. I'd have never have guessed it was the impoverished folk doing the crime.

I hope whoever employed 3rd Man's services asked for a refund.

its cos the markets saturated with 'second user' cards lol, plus who in their right mind/with half a brain cell would give the unwashed masses in said areas a card of their own, are you furkin insane !! lol O_O
