I think he means stop using the abbreviated form, in other words spell out the full name.

trademark vs. proper noun

iPhone is a trademark comprised of a visual element that can be read as word. You rendered it wrong. ;)

Iphone spelling.

LG Viewty

The LG Viewty -also a phone with a touchscreen and no stylus- has this "haptic" feedback on the touchscreen. And it's actually a useful feature too.. 

Typing on the viewty is much nicer than on the iPhone, though this is probably not the only reason for that. (LG always rotates the keyboard to landscape mode, and of course the touchscreens use different technology)
