Same can be said for men. What a silly little pop-psychology survey - maybe it will be reprinted as well in some gossip / celebrity tabloid as well? Male bashing is so last season anyway.
This is nothing new. There's only so much of entertainment value that you can do with someone else before you go off and do something else. The only difference now is that we have computers instead of just planting our asses in front of the TV or reading a book.

Perhaps the study should take a look at how much time is devoted to the computer versus previous activities.
Take it from an old married bloke. The reason men invented computers in the first place is so that women would just leave us alone.

Think guys. Makes 'em like kids. Seen and not heard. It's a blessing in disguise *lol*
Speaking as a Yank of the male persuasion, this was a truly hilarious little article. And as one who observes my fellow testostronites on a daily basis, I can't say as I blame the ladies all that much for their opinion. Just bear in mind that some of the blokes, as you put it, probably feel the same way - at least until the sun goes down.
I would hate to blow this silly feeling of superiority that the author has over his American counterparts, but... seems like you guys are getting pretty chubby too:

British obesity levels at crisis point

British obesity levels the highest in Europe

No doubt my fellow Americans need to stay off the fast food, but isn't that the "Pot calling the kettle black."

At least we have straight and clean teeth LMAO
They were all guys posing as women. Even grandmas that can't use a PC know at least that much. And yes guys tend to use PCs. So color me scepticle...

We already knew Euro trash likes ranking on Americans trailer trash...And trailer trash fries potatoes (thanks for catching that for me Dan Quayle) and then blames it on the French. And the cycle continues...ahhh ad boredom sorry ad nausium...

Now what would be a news item is Europeans showing an ounce of support for anything. That would put the fright into anyone...
Considering how much internet connectivity the US has, this survey certainly makes little sense.
The fact that the survey was online also invalidates the results.
The fact that it was an online survey stcked the odds in favor of the computer. Obviously these women allready prefer their computer to their spouses otherwise they would not have been doing this survey.
i half expected this the be sylvie's work -- i dont know why.

Perhaps that is why I met my missus online? Perhaps that is why it is much easier to meet American women online than offline?

I'm sure you can get the same result if you do a survey with men... especially if it's taken on a site that gives divorce advice to men.
re: "We guess they were the ones using Vista"

...the ones using visa
This article does not mean anything special to us Europeans...

This is based of what the American women do
;-)
LOL ...our American "friends" will love to read this... LOL
