like the one from "karlsbad" and "Drashek" is a DISGRACE !!1!!
They have been allowed to terrorise your website for too long now.
The comments on these INQ posts are border line insane. It's like a mental puzzle trying to figure out what people are saying. So many posts are riddled with political persuasions and have a lot to do with nothing, really.
Well nothing like bunch of cable, as mentioned. Try any studio dumpster, usually it sticks out. Big Stadiums & Convention centers, anywhere public dumps computers.
Ones with two lights inside cable plug. Too much to invest, TV Cable, well its $12/hd'. its such waste to NOT pick up bunch o' mod stuff & break it some more.

"Money, Money, Money" and "Yes Sir I Can Boogie" and "Thank You For The Music" are three of McCain's favorite songs. But enough about ABBA. It is hard to determine what effect this landmark legal ruling will have on McCain. After-market augmentation, modification, alteration and kustomization, has long been a common practice of punters and should be protected by British Common Law. If a bloke prefers Sarson's Malt Vinegar on his chips, or homebrew, then this should be his prerogative, and ketchup abit on the side. McCain is the world's largest producer of chips. Modern chips have come a long way since the potato was first brought to this country by Walter Raleigh in the 17th century. By the 1850s fish and chips were sold in the streets and alleys of Soho and in some of Blighty's industrial towns. The DMCA in the USA, the EUCD and its various implementations by the EU member countries, DRM, and the Aus. C. A., should play no role in the healthy balanced diet of Blighty's Autonomous Collective, open-sauced society. According to McCain, the sarge is working; so freedom fries. We find these chips and swedes to be too self-evident, and will tartare and feather any overzealous and overpayed, rotten CEO that we find yanking from our plate. Now excuse me, I'd like to spice up my cable STB takeaway with Hooters hottrod kustom augmentation. Uh-oh, ripe TV boob tube!
I've been importing games since the days of the NES, and modding your console has usually been the only way of getting imports to run. More recently there have been boot discs but they're a bit of a pain compared to direct booting games.

Mod chips have plenty of legitimate uses like imports and homebrew that don't involve piracy and it's good to see that this is finally true again in the eyes of the law.
Could you suggest to the judges they give some US judges a ring to explain their decision? I've got about $1000 I'd happily put towards the various long distance bills.

The judges over here think their purpose is to "interpret" the law, as if it's a Living document like the Bible.

If any of your judges are willing to take me up on the offer, ask them to touch on the difference between a republic and a democracy when they talk to the judges. Also have them point out that judges aren't legally lawmakers, so case law shouldn't be given the weight they give it.

There's a ton of other stuff, but I don't want to bore people.
Good on him, it shouldnt be the governments job to make sure that a corporations flawed security system can not be bypassed, it should be the corporations job.
They should be responsible for their own product, besides reverse engineering is beneficial, and if it wasnt for the modchips in the last xbox, they would not have any idea what to do with the current system, what features to implement.
As long as he wasnt selling any dodgy games he has done nothing wrong.
common sence prevails, the irony is, Microsoft probably wouldnt have shifted as many xboxes as it did if it wasnt for the Mod chips, I have no intention of using it for dodgy games but i use my box for some things such as a media centre and its become a god send
