The last national campaign by the SA Government was to mail out a leaflet on HIV\AIDS with a condom attached. It would have been admirabe if they hadn't attached it with a staple though the middle!
*No Joke! They actually did that!!*
It also doesn't help that their tribal *witch* doctors (sanctioned by the government) go around telling people that HIV\AIDS can be cured by having sex with babies.
