Fines are stupid they do not fix what was done.
The only way the fine would help is if it was paid to AMD to help recover their market share lost by monopolistic trade practices of Intel.

do they get the dosh? amd? or does the Korea antitrust get it???

also is this a win for AMD in regards to their USA court filing for the same thing? Is this proof enough?
should intel make the call and organize a settlement and a change of its buisness practices?

Given recent Samsung scandal (of the many in that country) ironic that Korea should really go for the hardware part of the Wintel cartel. 

Let's hope they'll now apply sanctions on the OS that's forced on system builders.
