If you think that's bad, then try living in South Africa...

Our only power supplier (Eskom) has failed to forecast growth and demand - and with their poor management skills have managed to place the country in a very embaressing position!

In order to share the existing power equally across the nation, Eskom have introduced a vigorous load-shedding programme whereby each area will have power outages between 2 and 4 hours per day in rotating schedules!!

This has severely affected businesses here in South Africa and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.

Eskom is in the process of building new powerplants, but they're estimated to only be completed in about 5 years from now!

It's a truly sad situation.
a power outage happened again today in Harrow HA1, HA2 - same reason given by EDF - underground fault! Down between 10am - 12 noon in our offices
This must be a Harrowing experience for some. ;)

Ok, Ok I've got my coat on.
