The American Taliban

If boobies are so harmful to children why don't we outlaw breast feeding?

The ACLU saves us from ourselves

I'm glad the ACLU stands up against those who would seek to remove our rights in the name of subjective morality. I also appreciate that our courts are still an oasis of sanity in a desert of overzealous legislation.

ACLU is imbued with pedophiles?

It's been pretty well established that it's the Republican Party, and not the ACLU, that is imbued with pedophiles.

This, of course, explains the Republican fixation on trying to destroy liberty in the name of protecting children (from Republicans). Is it simply ironic that the known legislative pedophiles keep pushing child protection legislation, and legislators who have divorced keep pushing defense of marriage legislation, and the known gay Republicans keep inhibiting gay rights... or do we have enough evidence finally to recognize that anyone who's fixated on stopping everyone else from doing something is himself fixated on doing it?

Never mind. Self-awareness takes one perilously close to responsibility, and we can't have any of *that*, now, can we?

Thank goodness?

For a moment there, I thought that anime pornography was in danger! A lot of anime imagery of that type is of characters between 15 and 17 canonically but drawn to appear as adults, or at least ~18, but this law would have made everyone who had porn of such characters considered pedophiles!

for those who would rather swalloww the blue pill...

Well some of us live in the REAL world and can CHOOSE for themselves what they want to see or what they dont... I dont need a group closed minded people deciding what i should or shouldnt see or whats appopriate for me eyes... and i sure as hell dont need someone deciding what good for my child. People need to stop being lazy and think for themselves instead of having Big Brother choose for them... get your heads outta your u know where. and seriosuly if your "accidently" going to these sites... get over it... just like drugs sex and violence is out in the real world its in the virtual too and your morals will NEVER make them go away so either Evolve OR Die.

internet is not a sidewalk

The internet is a set of vendors and postings, it is not a public space where everyone is expected to pass through. You find what you want and you don't have to go through any direction everyday.
It is a publication issue not a public space issue.
A magazine's interior is not a public space and neither is my mind.
Maybe you need to go for a walk and get some fresh air to remember the difference between the sidewalk and your desktop.

A rare bit of sanity

in the court rooms of America.

Breath in the air and enjoy it, because it won't last.

Internet is public place

In US NOBODY can show privacies in public place without being arrested. Free speech does not mean you can show naked-pictures or other sexual activities acts to anyone, who by accident dialed into your website.

ACLU strikes again

I didn't even need to look to know the ACLU was behind this. The ACLU is imbued with pedophiles.

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
