Western democratic politics is totally fscked up. Politicians in a democracy are supposed to represent their constituents, not tell them what to do. This worthless bunch of ignorant parasites complain that people need to be engaged in politics but until they start actually doing their job of serving the people, instead of larging it up over them, they'll be treated with the contempt they deserve and, by and large, their comments will be ignored.

Well if that's true, then chances are the middle class politician also drinks a little too much wine every night. Videogames are just another entertainment medium the same as the TV and the Radio, it just so happens that it's more engaging than those two, which also goes towards keeping the mind and reactions active and more advanced games can also help with the understanding of the consequences of your actions. So are video games all that important in homework getting done and studying being completed, they probably don't help, but neither do TV or radio which have been a "problem" much longer!
