"CHRIS TOM FROM AMD Zone benchmarked AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Black Edition, limited edition of 2.8 GHz model."

5000+ is a 2.6 GHz model, AMD is selling this within spec and allowing people to choose to drive it out of spec.

Interesting isn't it, that AMD doesn't seem to be willing to slap a 3 yr warrantee on any 65 nm product over 2.6 GHz but will let you break it out of spec (of course, it also voids the warantee).
