I hope he wins.
About time somebody nailed EA to the wall for piracy, after all EA has made us legitimate gamers go through because of the "threat of" piracy.
I boycott EA now.

Shouldn't he get money everytime it was played on a console? So if they just average out the amount of times each game was played and multiply by games sold he should get millions more. At least that is what the MPAA would do.
