Easy to hack that site

If you look more at index.html you can find:

form action="http://xjgtt.gov.cn/exchange"
method="post" name="login"

So, they don't use https here (don't know if something do rewrite later) , so if as I expect they use the same passwords in echange as on the webserver, their login and passwords will be captured when they are reading mail.

Chinese Turkestan?

Hey guys, wtf is Chinese Turkestan? It would be more correct to say "Chinese Uyguristan", or some other nation which lives in China.

I am from Uzbekistan, the country next to Kazakhstan and couple of other stans. By the way, Mr. Borat mentioned it in his movie (don't try to remember what it was like, it is sort of offending me). So I know these places better than you.

And British Hindustan (Harrow, Pinner, Northwick Park and North Harrow...) as well.
FYI.
