Yeah, sure

They'll comply, just like they complied with the DoD. They'll make lots of noise around complying, they'll make a great show of it, but when you remove the fluff, they won't really do anything except avoid complying.
Kind of like getting performance in Vista. It's supposed to be there, but you never see any of it.

Common sense

This is common sense and actual policy that are being followed. For Americans this must be weird to read. :) "under to Euro diktat" isn't really correct. @ least our government try to protect us from big **evil** companies.

Or am I getting this wrong? Microsoft is not a market leader in the server OS market!
