The only hole is in the arguing of this so called expert. 

While adobe's streams are not "encrypted", anyone who has been paying attention to DRM ever since it existed know that "encryption" isn't much of a useful thing if you're sending it to a computer to be decrypted anyway!

Sadly Adobe does listen to crackpots like this and a so called "security layer" is planned for Flash 10.

I guess it'll at least make Intel and AMD happy to burn some more useless CPU cycles on that one..
