I think the funny spam headlines usually get pulled from news satire sites. The "Bush, Putin agree to restart cold war at G8 summit" one was from one; I searched on it. Unfortunately the actual article wasn't nearly as funny.

I saw a spam title that said "Breaking news: obama is dating britney spears"
I hate to say it but a spammer made me laugh that time, although it was probably not intentional.
