BBC2 and BBC3 are great for comedy,

ITV is rubbish for comedy apart from Harry Hill.

But apart from the comedy the BBC is a bit dull especially late mornings with all the cash in the car boot sale sell your house and move to the country shows.

It's worth having them for the comedy, and maybe the car boot sell homes programmes interest the old fuddy duddies.

But BBC morning news Declan (accountant) and the smary git Bill somethingorother should either have a fight or stop being hitting each other with verbal handbags. It's unmanly and pathetic to see Bill smarmly winding up Declan, and Declan more often than not reacting to it. A pair of annoying boys.

Irony

It did bugger-all for my spelling, though

I don't believe you guys?

What the hell is going on? I don't mind paying the licence fee because of the quality of programming we get! If it were let to the free market I would end up with shite like Big Brother and other such crap every night. It gives the other channels something to 'gun' for...
To think that we would be in a world like the United States, where just about everything on TV is biased, commercially backed, utter (bigger shite) - I couldn't bare it!
Admittedly, they do make some great programs, but who the hell wants to surf through a million channels to get to the gems?

Nuff said... now leave the Beeb alone!

Punctation

The BBC taught me to punctuate. For that alone, it deserves to live.

BTW, The Daily Mail called they need their reactionary Beeb basher back.

Here, here...

I also think it's long due that the BBC became subscription-only, like Sky.

Just axe the licence fee and let the BBC compete on level ground with everyone else.

Marxist England

It saddens me to see the country of my ancestors (Sherwood, Nottinghamshire), in the degenerate grips of Marxists. People, it is time to throw off the shackles of your oppressive, dictatorial bureaucrats and their lackeys, the so-called "elected officials", and restore England to her rightful place as the world's leading democracy. Three cheers for the Queen, and for the Magna Carta!

What's that? You're too busy watching the Beeb to care? Well, then, the hell with you all.

Giveaway

The BBC provides a hell of a lot for your money, can the same be said of ITV? Why on earth should they get any public funding, surely the plebeian crap they broadcast generates enough advertising revenue anyway?

parasites...

the bbc is more trouble than its worth
it just generates problems at customer and political levels.

i would be elated for it to be subscription only tv - we'll soon see just how many 'customers' show their loyalty. the only reason the bbc has been sustained over the years is because it has the power to prosecute people for owning their own tv if they dont pay the bbc for the priviledge!!

its a backward system run by backward people.

oh and while i'm at it, sack all the overpaid idle rich actors who's only skill is 'pretending to be someone they are not'

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
