@Really Pissed. The US government has been hacked n shafted no end of times and takes your taxes with the promise of service and protection, what next? Sue the US govt cos if they can't protect themselves, how can they protect you?

The wrongdoers are in the US Congress

The true crime is that the US Congress is not acting. For decades people in the US have been ripped off because these lazy lawmakers can't move their asses and make it a crime with a minimum prison sentence of a year, or more, to use the social security number for anything but the social security system.

C'mon, now, tell it all...

Be fair guys - his company business model is that you won't get hurt if they try. Plaintiffs will lose this suit - Lifelock does what they claim and protects consumers with a $1 million dollar insurance policy.

No one can stop every possible identity theft, but they CAN protect you from long-lasting damage done by the blighters...
