Nope, no mistake Jim, guns aren't allowed in New York City and DC and anyone can tell you there's absolutely no gun crime in those cities either.

Excepting of course the occasional instance of well-intentioned police officers emptying their handguns into unarmed "suspects", reloading and repeating.

Guns are not allowed in blighty, so how can there be this so-called "gun-crime" thing? Certainly there must be some mistake?
