I am not a fan of Apple or of their customers. Arrogant is one word I associate with them. Ignorant is another!

I had an MS optical mouse which developed a faulty cable. I ran MS, sent the mouse back, and a surprisingly short time later my FREE replacement arrived. And to top it all, it was a newer model!
