What's 'turbo USB2' and how would it improve things if it connects inevitably to your normal USB2 port?

good effort, but

again, more people trying to cash in on the green pound whilst slightly missing the point and misleading people

shame on you for such article, the ENCLOSURE only is made of nice happy smiley parts, NOT THE DRIVE IN IT, which is about 90% of the product

Will the bamboo insulate the drive and cause it to run hot?

I'd guess that bamboo will insulate the heat from the hdd. Does it? Would this lead to a shortening of product life, since heat is bad for hdds?
