Old is new again

I remember looking at devices like this for converting pcs to linux based thin clients. Of couse those were like 64 MB units. :)

They chose the PATA interface as it is sturdy enough to hold the module in the slot. Just plug it in, add a Floppy molex connection and away you go.

Turbo Memories

Would this be like an extension to Intel's Turbo Memory then? I'm sure I remember seeing a 16GB Sandisk Robson module.... it'd be nice to see some 3rd parties offering compatible solutions too
