He needs a Co-processor, aka Secretary/Assistant.

He needs a Co-processor, aka Secretary/Assistant. They could answer his phone, emails etc.

Or he could try a "firewall", aka Secretary/Assistant, to check if the incoming requests are good or bad.

I think he has been assimilated.

PS - how do people with dyslexia get on with typing in verification codes?

Obtain an answerphone stoopid

It IS true that people really can't multi-task effectively for any length of time but why not just get an answerphone to take your messages so you don't waste other people's time forcing them to call back at a later time/ your time if you call them back? Too simple I guess for a supposedly logical mind such as this ego-inflated dingbat!

Another geek in need of social skills ?

I always have a good laugh when I hear about how high-level people counsel others to manage their lives. As if I could afford to not answer a call.
On the other hand, I note that I already have a foot in management - there are no chairs next to a cubicle desk.
Personally, I think this person in sorely in need of social counseling - he needs to learn how to talk to people instead of managing them by email.

Geek Care and Attention

"he needs to learn how to talk to people instead of managing them by email."

And he doesn't even do that, Pascal ..."he doesn't answer the phone when called, removes chairs from his office, and ignores emails"
