forgot the reboots

They forgot to take into account the power consumed during reboots and power offs to overcome the system hangs.

Taking those into account processing all that bloat costs a fortune when combined with spinning the disks up and down during the guaranteed numerous hard resets.

Remember this one:
"the mouse has moved - you need to reboot for this change to take effect"

Yay, NZ's problems are solved

Hoorah, If everyone at home converts RIGHT NOW we can make the 10% cut in power consumption needed to stop electricity rationing being implemented this winter in NZ.
