Installing a different OS on a laptop can void your warranty? There goes ever installing Linux in wear of not being able to get my RAM repaired. I knew Linux was evil.

I'd be pleased as punch, if the end-customers were voiding the warranty on the thing, & installing OS X:

I'd have no liability for OS problems for those machines, from then on,

The machines would be selling,

I'd not be in the OS business, so it simply wouldn't compete against MY product...
