Ultimate is/isn't Supported

For Certain Windows server 2008 is NOT supported. under Managed Computer Vista Ultimate is Listed, Yet Demands Server 2003 SP1 as well as few other updates. it just won't install?
XP Pro similar while windows 2000 might be covered with SP4. In all its Large Download, Mainly for Server 2003 & Perhaps 2005 support. So See, if Onion Was Computer You could just peel off to Correct already installed O/S & install this SP1, make sure your 2003 partition is ready for about 5 gb of extracted & installed stuff.
