THE DAIL MAIL has posted a bizarre article in which it explains that the more sweaty a woman is, the more attractive she is to the opposite sex.
It would be easy to suggest that the heating was malfunctioning in the Mail's office, causing its female staffers to break out in body odour, but this isnt the case, so we won't bother.
The Mail bases the news on some far out sounding research which says that it isn't looks that attracts us men to ladies, but the way they smell when they sweat, and specifically what this tells us about the kind of children they were likely to produce. Science eh?
It all comes down to a lady's major histocompatibility (MHC) genes, in particular their variety. In studies in Australia, researchers found that the university students with the most varied genes had had the most sexual partners. Which must have been nice for them to hear.
This may come as a surprise to anyone that has been attracted to someone from afar, or just confusing. We are going with the latter. Under a picture of two starlets the Mail says, "More attractive women - such as actresses Scarlett Johansson and Charlize Theron - could show higher levels of the gene in their looks or sweat".
Are they suggesting that Scarlett Johansen is easy? Will the Daily Mail controversies never stop? µ
I just thought we checked out their boobies from across the bar.
To quote my Great Aunt:
'*Horses* sweat. Men, perspire. Ladies, - glow'.
