Gaming mouse for card carrying lefties
Disadvantaged no more

MAKER OF MICE Razer has given lefties something to get to grips with by launching a left-handed gaming grade mouse.

Lefties have long been left out in the cold, trying to handle ergonomically cumbersome PC peripherals like joysticks and especially PC pointing devices, that is, mice. Most are okay for granddad playing solitaire on a Saturday afternoon but for the precision fraggerati, they haven't cut the mustard.

So Razer, purveyor of high-end gaming peripherals, has announced that it has designed the first gaming mouse for professional left-handed gamers. Razer recognised the demand from the sinister-handed community and agreed to fashion a mouse to give lefties the competitive edge.

The mouse has five programmable 'Hyperesponse' buttons, 1,000Hz 'Ultrapolling' technology and a eye-wateringly speedy 3,500dpi Razer Precision 3.5G infrared sensor four times more precise than a standard issue mouse.

"Leftie gamers have long been requesting that we develop a gaming grade mouse that is designed exclusively for the left-handed gaming community and we really value the feedback we receive from our fans," said Robert "Razerguy" Krakoff, president of Razer USA.

"Not many gamers know this, but I am a southpaw myself and feel truly excited to have a mouse that fits perfectly in my left hand. There is really no substitute for gaming with your naturally dominant hand." µ
