Microsoft offers free SP1 Vista support
Also trauma counselling
MEGALITHIC software giant Microsoft is offering free support for those who upgrade its Vista operating system to SP1.
A SpokesVole told the great unwashed that anyone needing technical support while they try to upgrade to SP1 can go here to sort out their woes.
Support is possible via an e-mail, online chat or telephone. It is not a 24 hour help desk on the later two options.
The spokesVole told Computerworld that any support will not cost users a cent and will run for about a year.
Normally such a service would only be offered to users who bought Windows at a retail outlet. Those who bought the OS as part of an OEM agreement would be stuck with having to talk to the person from whom they bought their PC.
Although many see this as a damn fine PR stunt by Microsoft, the outfit has done very little to actually tell people about it.
In fact most of Vole’s webpages fail to mention it at all. µ

Slipstream
Let me first ask for support. How to slipstream Windows Vista? I don't care what there are using: WAIK, BDS 2007, etc. Just show me the way. The only exception is don't show me the way that need to install first and than use command to generelize image and copy image.wim to original media. ThxEpic Lulz!
That is the most fantastic headline ever! Trauma counseling! ROFL!
