Toshiba and IBM cooperate on 32 nanometres

Big Glue, Chimpzilla and a few others too

IBM AND Toshiba said they will work together to develop 32 nanometre CMOS technology.

It's not only those two that are cooperating on the move - AMD and Samsung are all part of the consortium.

One big player not in the consortium is Intel. What a surprise. µ

32 nanometers

Isn't it because Intel is already working on 22 nm?

RE: 32 nanometers

where did you get that assumption from? intel has "just" began on 32nm CPU's and they wont be released for a while

Yeah

Intel has already produced some 32 nm silicon.

32nm

it's because intel already has it's own 32nm wafer... remember last IDF
