Everywhere Girl starts selling Everywhere Girl Collection
Has to pay to license her own face
THE WOMAN who Wikipidiots transformed into a non-person has started flogging a range of products with her famous face on them.
Jennifer A told the INQ that - ironically enough - she actually had to license her own picture from Getty Images in order to build her Cafepress web site.
She was paid a pittance for a series of photographs way back when while the world+dog has made her famous from Spitzbergen to Griffin Island.
You can find her entry about the product range here, while the store is here. And no, for the absurdly cynical among you, we get no share of the proceedings, but do hope Jennifer A finally makes some dosh out of the products. µ

Everywhere girl
Amusingly enough, I do not see everywhere girl anywhere. Except of course through links on the inquirer.Do I suffer from everywhere girl blindness or is she really nowhere girl?
okay
Couldn't she just get someone to take a new photo of her face and use that, surely someone can't own the licence to someone else's face rather than the photos taken of it.Seriously
Look, no one gives even half a damn, okay?Sheesh.
Seen her recently
Last month, in an educational book magazine, I had seen the everywhere girl. That was the third time I had noticed her where abouts without the INQ giving the tip of the hand. The Face that sank a thousand ships.
Wish you much luck EWG.I care!
I do care! I've found the Everywhere Girl to be an interesting The Inquirer subplot over the years (from both a stock photography viewpoint and a Wikipedia idiocism viewpoint) - and if you don't find these stories interesting, I've noticed that The Inquirer has kindly put "Everywhere Girl" into the titles of stories relating to her, making them easy to avoid. Also, I would only buy the mugs with the original pictures. ;) But I hope the license didn't cost too much. :o
how 'bout a quarter a damn?
Well Max, I am sorry that no one gives a half a damn about me, but maybe you should just not read any of the articles about me if you *don't* care so much....I kid, I kid.And yes, John, I could just use my new photos from the recent photo shoot I did that I own, but I wanted to do this version first.
Thanks for the post and the links! Have a glorious day...

Jen, you've the face of an angel....
....but you need to sell panties with your face on, it's the Internet way.
