E-commerce minister's web site broken

WE'VE GOT MINISTERS in the UK for everything, quite possibly even a minister with responsibility for bluetits pecking the gold tops off milk bottles - which still gets delivered here.

And so of course we have a minister for Stephen Timms. He is our minister for e-commerce, so quite naturally when you turn to this page, you'd expect to see all sorts of juicy stuff about the advantages of the Interweb and the like.

Well, trouble is, that page is broken. But another page he's got isn't, as you can see by clicking here. µ
