So what first attracted you to the billionaire Jim Clark?

He's just so handsome, funny and charismatic
IT SEEMS THAT some girls don't need an online simulation game to become "the coolest, richest and most famous bimbo in the world", they are perfectly happy acting out their characters in real life. Take Australian model Kristy Hinze, the 27-year-old swimsuit model girlfriend of Netscape founder, 63-year-old Texan billionaire, Jim Clark.
According to the Sydney Herald, Hinze told Australian Women's Weekly that she had been 'instantly attracted' to the thrice-divorced billionaire, and that it had been his intelligence that had captured her heart. Clark's yacht, Athena, the biggest privately-owned yacht in the world, obviously had nothing whatsoever to do with it.
Hinze, who the US press have dubbed 'the Aussie Angel', admits that she never thought she would date an old (sorry, older) man, but that "To me, it was different to hang out with someone with something to say". Hinze, who is a former Sports Illustrated covergirl and recently became the face of fashion label Sportscraft, is also the granddaughter of a former Queensland politician, Russ Hinze.
The couple have been dating for two and-a-half years and, despite his being worth an estimated $US1.1 billion, Hinze gushes that the reason she loves her billionaire entrepreneur so very much, is because "He's handsome and has so much charisma - and he's so funny". He has her laughing all the way to the bank, obviously. She adds, "I just love him".
Hinze will have to wrench herself away from her handsome, charismatic, intelligent, rich husband for a little when she becomes the host of the Aussie version of Project Runway, which starts shooting in April. µ
